You can cancel up to 7 days before your rental. Inside that window, we can’t do refunds – but we’ll always work with you to reschedule for another day that works.
Here’s how it works:
Yep. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a credit card (not debit), and full coverage insurance on your personal vehicle.
You must be 22 or older to rent and drive. That’s our insurance requirement. If anyone under 22 drives and there’s an accident, you’re responsible for all damages.
Yes. Our UTVs have headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and license plates. You can drive them on any public road where the speed limit is 45 MPH or below. No highways or interstates.
Nope. Our street legal rentals can’t be towed or trailered.
If you’re renting for 24 hours or more, absolutely. You can keep it at your hotel or cabin overnight. Shorter rentals don’t include overnight unless we give special permission.
Yes. We have several fully enclosed UTVs with heat and air conditioning.
Yes. Every passenger needs their own seat and seatbelt.
We have 2-seaters, 4-seaters, 5-seaters, and 6-seaters. Pick what fits your group.
Absolutely. Our UTVs come with seat belts, roll cages, power brakes, lights, and all the safety features you’d expect. Before you head out, we’ll show you how everything works and go over Tennessee traffic laws. Follow the rules and you’re good to go.
No. Our street legal UTVs drive just like a regular vehicle on public roads. Tennessee doesn’t require helmets for them – same as you wouldn’t wear one in your car.
Yes. Tennessee law requires it.
Check with your doctor first. If you follow the safety guidelines, the ride should feel similar to driving your car at home. Just consider how easy it is to get in and out – some UTVs are easier than others.
Mountain weather changes fast and temps can swing depending on elevation. Don’t dress for the parking lot – dress for the ride. Wear layers, comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and bring a jacket just in case.
Yes. Both kids and pets are welcome.
Yes. We’ve got coolers, chairs, snow suits, goggles, bandanas, gloves, hand warmers, and blankets. We’ll outfit your group.
Yes. We give you Exclusive Private Maps with custom routes based on what you want to see and how long you’re renting. Tell us your vibe and we’ll set you up with the perfect route for your group.
We’re open 365 days a year, rain or shine. Honestly? Some of our best rides happen in light rain. The mountains look different. More alive. If there’s severe weather, we can help you reschedule.
Some UTVs come with Bluetooth speakers. We also have portable speakers available, first come, first serve. Ask when you book. Or bring your own.
No. It’s illegal to drive off-road in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. You can only ride on designated paved and gravel roads.
Yes. We’re always upgrading our fleet to keep the latest models. Every UTV gets regular inspections and maintenance on a strict schedule.
Yes. You need full coverage auto insurance on your personal vehicle.
Depends on your policy. Some insurance companies cover damages and liability on rentals. Some don’t. Call your insurance agent before booking to check.
No deposits. We require full payment at the time of booking.
You need a credit card (not debit) to book. Once that’s on file, we can accept cash, debit, or credit for payment. No checks.
